The rules that govern your use of BizDash

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Bizorexa. By creating an account, downloading BizDash, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By installing BizDash, creating a Bizorexa account, or accessing any part of our service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using BizDash and delete any installed copies.

2. Eligibility

You may use BizDash only if you are:

• At least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Operating a lawful business in India, or otherwise have a legitimate business reason to use BizDash.
• Not barred from receiving services under applicable Indian law.

If you are using BizDash on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by employees you invite into the platform. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information during signup and keep it updated.
• Keep your password and any device used to access BizDash secure.
• Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Not share login credentials with anyone outside the employees you have authorised within BizDash.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BizDash to:

• Conduct any business that is unlawful under Indian law.
• Store, process or distribute content that is fraudulent, deceptive, obscene, or infringes others' intellectual property.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to BizDash systems, other users' accounts, or our backend infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of BizDash beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to BizDash without our written permission.
• Send spam, phishing or unsolicited messages using customer data managed in BizDash.
• Use BizDash in any way that interferes with or disrupts the service for other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable-use rules.

5. Subscription plans

BizDash offers tiered subscriptions:

• Free plan — no charge. Limited to 2 employees, 100 bills per month, 2 expense categories, and 1 active device at a time per user account.
• Pro plan — ₹5,999 per year. Up to 10 employees, unlimited bills and expense categories, full reporting, customer search, multi-device access.
• Max plan — ₹11,999 per year. Unlimited employees, custom invoice templates, priority support, all Pro features.

Plan limits, features and prices may change. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any change takes effect for your account.

6. Free trial

New accounts receive a 15-day free trial of the Pro plan automatically on signup. No payment information is required to start the trial. When the trial period ends, your account will automatically drop to the Free plan unless you upgrade. We will email you a reminder before the trial ends.

7. Payment terms

• All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) where required.
• Paid plans are billed annually as a single up-front payment for 365 days of service.
• We do not auto-renew subscriptions. You must explicitly renew when your plan window ends.
• Successful payments are confirmed by a receipt email and updated billing state inside BizDash, typically within a few seconds of the Razorpay webhook landing.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can downgrade or cancel a paid plan at any time. The plan stays active until its current renewal date — we do not pro-rate refunds for unused time. Refund requests for the first 7 days after a new purchase are handled under our Refund Policy.

9. Data ownership and licence

Your business data is yours. You retain all rights to the bills, customers, employees, services, expenses and other business records you store in BizDash. You grant Bizorexa a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display this data solely so we can provide the service to you. We do not use your business data for any other purpose.

If you delete your account, we will delete your business data within 90 days, subject to legal retention obligations such as the Income Tax Act, 1961.

10. Bizorexa's intellectual property

BizDash software, the Bizorexa brand, the underlying source code, designs, documentation and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Bizorexa. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use BizDash strictly in accordance with these Terms.

11. Service availability

We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep BizDash available and operational. However:

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
• We may perform scheduled maintenance from time to time, with reasonable notice when possible.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particularly during your internet outages or third-party outages (Razorpay, AWS, Google, etc.).
• We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, except as required by law.

12. Termination

You can stop using BizDash at any time by deleting your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You materially breach these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
• You use BizDash for unlawful purposes.
• We are legally required to suspend service.
• We discontinue the product (in which case we will give at least 90 days' notice and allow you to export your data).

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• BizDash is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Bizorexa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity.
• Bizorexa's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or BizDash will not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bizorexa, its partners, employees and agents harmless against any claim, loss or expense arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your unlawful use of BizDash.
• Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act 1872, the Information Technology Act 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of BizDash after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using BizDash before the effective date.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
